If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can understand what’s happening and explore the best next step together.
Because our products are created in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
We kindly ask that you reach out before sending anything back, as returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
